Young & Yonder Spirits is an artisan craft distillery led by husband and wife team Joshua and Sarah Opatz. The distillery is located in downtown Healdsburg, in the epicenter of world renown Sonoma County, California. From grain to shelf, we belabor every detail for quality, and continually strive to innovate, trying out new, novel techniques, flavors and experimentations to create exceptional distilled products for all to enjoy.

A grain-to-glass distillery, we mill, mash, distill, age, and bottle all of our spirits on site. We strive to source our grains locally, and use Organic red winter wheat from the Sacramento valley for the base of most of our spirits. Some of our grain comes from as close as a few miles away. We're honored to have won Distillery of the Year from ADI in 2020.

Established in 2012, Sonoma Brothers Distilling is an artisan craft distillery founded by twin brothers, Chris and Brandon Matthies. Together the brothers have built a company that specializes in handcrafted, small batch, authentic spirits. The brothers’ unwavering commitment to using high quality, local ingredients has earned them a strong following of customers who not only love their spirits, but also honor the drive and perseverance these brothers embody.

Our vision of an organic, grape-based, gluten-free and non-GMO vodka is the embodiment of Hanson of Sonoma. In the spirit of artisan craft, we distill in a combination pot and 50-plate column still. Our vodka is always distilled from organic grapes and infused with real, organic ingredients to create a pure, clean, and above all deliciously smooth vodka.
